(Located on 1st floor near the West Entrance).

Almond Sponge Cake filled with cherries soaked in a Kirsch Syrup, iced with Chocolate Swiss Buttercream and garnished with Toasted Almonds, Chocolate Curls, a Cherry, and a sprinkling of edible gold dust.

Chocolate Peppermint Roll Cake 
A delightful Swiss Chocolate Roll Cake soaked with Coffee Syrup filled with classic Vanilla Swiss Buttercream with crushed Peppermint Candies and enrobed with a glossy rich ganache accented by a happy fondant snowman with a dazzling scarf. (Scarf is not edible!)

Chai Candied Ginger Roll Cake 
Aromatic Chai Spiced sponge roll cake with a classic Vanilla Swiss Buttercream accented with Minced Crystalized Ginger and decorated with handcrafted Marzipan holly and a chocolate curl.
