Work experience is required.

As part of all culinary degree plans, students are required to complete an internship of 336 hours during their final semester. Internships may be paid or unpaid and some may lead to permanent employment. Students are responsible for making contact with potential employers and for securing employment. We have provided an additional resource to help you with your internship search.
