Students are required to take Introduction to Foods which falls under the Culinary Department.  Please review the following information in regards to the course so that you are set up for success.

Please note that students are required to supply the Culinary Department with a copy of their Food Handler’s Certificate.

Orientation: 

Students must participate in the Culinary Department’s orientation.  Information on time and date can be found on the following culinary department page.

Uniforms:

Please make sure that you review the uniform information found here. Hospitality students will receive a name tag for the entirety of the course.  It will need to be returned at the end of the semester.  Uniforms are required for the first day of class.  For more information please contact [email protected] for assistance.

The hospitality department has tool kits that students may borrow for the semester.  Please contact the department at [email protected] to make arrangements.
