Students are required to take Introduction to Foods which falls under the culinary department.  Please review the following information in regards to the course so that you are set up for success.


Students must participate in the Culinary Department’s orientation.  Information on time and date can be found on the culinary department’s homepage.  If you missed orientation please contact so that they are able to provide you the required information.


Please make sure that you review the uniform information found here. Hospitality students will receive a name tag for the entirety of the course.  It will need to be returned at the end of the semester.

Tool Kits:

The hospitality department has tool kits that students may borrow for the semester.  Please contact the department at to make arrangements.
