Kefren Bailey

I’ve been working for Hyatt Hotels for 25 years. 

I joined the Hyatt Regency Austin team in 2006, and have had the opportunity to see the hospitality industry explode in our market.  During this time, I worked on the acquisition of The Driskill, into the Hyatt portfolio, and have seen 5 other full-service Hyatt properties open.  In recent years, as an HR Specialist, I now support the HR function in both the Austin and San Antonio markets.

I have my Masters in Social Work from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.  I hold a SHRM – SCP and SPHR; both HR certifications.  Most recently, I am working on obtaining my coaching credentials through the International Coaching Foundation.
