We work with our partners, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ccapinc.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP)<\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.acfchefs.org\/ACF\/Education\/QualityPrograms\/ACF\/Education\/Quality\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">American Culinary Federation (ACF)<\/a>, to identify deserving students who have demonstrated outstanding potential and achievement in the culinary arts, and require additional resources to take the next step on their culinary journey. The program aims to inspire students to reach their full potential and contribute a meaningful solution to the talent shortage facing the restaurant industry.<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ldeiaustin.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Les Dames d&#8217;Escoffier of Austin Scholarships<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ldeiaustin.org\/how-to-apply-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Apply for Les Dames d&#8217;Escoffier Scholarship here<\/a><br \/>\nThe Austin Les Dames scholarships are for local women who are pursuing full-time culinary coursework in a culinary arts program for professional development. The Austin Dames will also select women to receive Beyond the Classroom stipends for career-related continuing education expenses, such as conference attendance, exams, and professional certification.<\/p>\n<p>2025 scholarship applications are now OPEN.<\/p>\n<p>Scholarship deadline: February 19, 2025 at midnight<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jamesbeard.org\/scholarships\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">James Beard Foundation Scholarship<\/a><br \/>\nThe James Beard Foundation Scholarship Program helps aspiring culinary students realize their dreams by supporting them on a path to success in the rewarding world of the hospitality industry. Professional grants enable those already working in the industry to gain experience and hone their skills.<\/p>\n<p>Scholarship deadline: TBD 2025<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acfchefs.org\/ACF\/Education\/Scholarships\/ACF\/Education\/Scholarships\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">American Culinary Federation<\/a><br \/>\nWith the support of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acfchefs.org\/ACF\/Partnerships\/AAC\/ACF\/Partnerships\/AAC\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">American Academy of Chefs<\/a> (AAC), ACF offers educational scholarships to high school students, college students, professional chefs looking to further their education or become certified, and student culinary teams currently competing at ACF regional and national conferences.<\/p>\n<p>Scholarship deadlines are April 30 and October 31 of each year.<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hsf.net\/scholarship\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hispanic Scholarship Fund<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The HSF Scholarship is designed to assist students of Hispanic heritage obtain a college degree.<\/p>\n<p>Scholarship Deadline: Feb 15, 2025<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf <a href=\"https:\/\/newh.org\/chapter-scholarships\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NEWH- The Hospitality Industry Network Scholarships<\/a><br \/>\nNEWH, Inc. and its chapters are tasked with fundraising to provide scholarship dollars for eligible students wishing to enter the Hospitality Industry.\u00a0 NEWH Chapters offer scholarships annually. (Students interested in applying to use this scholarship at ACC need to apply via the Houston Chapter of NEWH.)<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mannlakeltd.com\/scholarship\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mann Lake Beekeeping Scholarship<\/a><br \/>\nWe are pleased to announce Mann Lake\u2019s scholarship for college students who aspire to be outstanding and extraordinary.
